habibi.lk offers easy returns if you are not happy with a product. You generally have 2 days to contact customer service to arrange a return, with slightly different conditions for specific categories.
Sale and Promotional Items:
Goods purchased during a seasonal sale, clearance, or special discount promotional are final sale across major fashion and retail sites.
Intimate Wear and Swimwear:
Women’s intimate apparel, lingerie, shapewear, and men’s innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to strict health and hygiene regulations.
Customized or Personalized Products:
Items made-to-order, custom-engraved, or personalized with specific names or designs have no resale value and are excluded from exchange policies.
Perishable and Consumable Goods:
All type of groceries and food items cannot be exchanged.
Beauty and Health Products:
All type of beauty products such as Perfume, cosmetics, skin creams, and personal care products are generally non-returnable once delivered due to hygiene regulations.
Accessories and Small Goods:
All accessories such as key tags, beauty accessories, Souvenir, gift boxes, home
decorations.
All returns must be postmarked within days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, customers must email info@habibi.lk or WhatsApp +94 77 072 8236/+ 94 78 378 3333 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once received, the item should be securely packed in its original packaging. Return shipping charges or pickup costs will be paid by customer and if product has defect habibi.lk will pay back shipping charges back to customer withing 7 working days.

Electronics – Exchange & Return Policy
Electronic items can be returned and refunds claimed if there is a genuine reason. If a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or not working at the time of delivery, the customer can claim a replacement or refund depending on the product category.
Importantly, “Change of Mind” is not considered a genuine reason for return. Any fault or defect must be reported within 7 days of the item’s arrival.
Global Shop – Exchange & Refund Policy
habibi.lk Global Shop customers are covered under a Money Back Guarantee if an item does not arrive. You will either receive the item ordered or get your money back. Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged, different from what was ordered, or not according to the seller’s specification. Customers must contact the Global Shop Hotline at habibi.lk or WhatsApp +94 77 072 8236/+ 94 78 378 3333 within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Once a return is received, habibi.lk inspects it and notifies the customer via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card refunds go back to the credit card). habibi.lk is not required to accept returned items that are damaged, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if order processing has not yet commenced. If processing has already started, habibi.lk reserves the right to refuse cancellation or offer only a partial refund or credit voucher (which is valid 30days), recovering any production or purchase costs incurred.
