Welcome to Habibi! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of habibi.lk , operated by Habibi (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during account creation or checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Product Sourcing: All items listed on Habibi are directly sourced from authorized suppliers, distributors, or retail outlets in Dubai, UAE, and imported to Sri Lanka.
Authenticity: We guarantee that all branded products sold on our platform are 100% original and authentic.
Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible regarding product dimensions, colors, specifications, and availability. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen displays.
Currency & Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include relevant import duties and handling fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Direct Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected items.
Payment Security: Online payments are processed securely through certified gateway providers. Habibi does not store payment card information.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery times for products imported from Dubai to Sri Lanka typically range from [e.g., 7 to 14 business days]. Unforeseen delays caused by airline schedules, Sri Lanka Customs clearances, or extreme weather conditions are beyond our direct control.
Customs Compliance: By placing an order, you authorize Habibi to act as your representative for custom clearance procedures in Sri Lanka.
Order Tracking: Once your shipment leaves Dubai, a tracking number or delivery update will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within [e.g., 24 hours] of placement. Once an item has been purchased in Dubai or handed over to international freight forwarders, cancellations will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns are only eligible for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused, in their original Dubai packaging, with all tags intact.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Habibi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
Delays caused by third-party courier services or Sri Lanka Customs.

Temporary website unavailability due to technical issues.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
